Tonight, I attempted to switch over to Public Movile from my current provider. I downloaded the Public a mobile App, entered my credit card information, my credit card was charged and now it is saying my Samsung s22 ultra is not eSIM compatible. I want my credit card charge reversed and I want to ensure no future charges go on my credit card.

Yes, I purchased it in Canada. Public Mobile accepted my credit card information, charged my card and I am receiving a message saying my phone is not compatible and to contact Customer Service. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

did you get the phone in Canada?? eSIM on S22U is x compatible with PM
