I have transferred from bell mobility, text messages works fine on the public mobile SIM card however my phone goes straight to voicemail main. I did not receive a message from anyone for phone number transfer so I’m stuck on what to do now.

@Leanne-1977 Maybe it partially port your number, you can send the msg to CS_agent to confirm.

@Leanne-1977 If you missed the transfer request text from Bell, then call the Telus porting # I'll private message you (check message box top right) and they will have Bell resubmit the transfer text to which you need to reply within 90 window with a YES, so keep the old SIM in your phone until then.

Did you leave the Bell sim in a phone? That's where the confirmation text would arrive. Put it in a phone and try the confirmation reply.
