Phone doesn't work. How do I cancel my port request and subscribtion

After hearing good things about public mobile from my brother, I decided to give it a try.  I set up a subscription yesterday and intimated a port of my existing number.  Nothing works.  Sent an email to support waiting 24 hours and not reply.  How do I back out of this terrible decision.

you can ask for refund, but better to ask them to check what was wrong, PM support can fix it
