I want to cancel this service and want a full refund, this has not been activated and I have been getting no response to my request, if I do not hear from your company and have this issue resolved I will contact the BBB.

The Better Business Bureau has no authority over any business and the only thing that they can actually do is ask Public Mobile to contact you. Companies can actually just ignore the BBB if they wish, although that would not lead to good PR.
