Hopefully you took screenshots of the order summary such that at least you have a document which shows you went through the process.
Shipping times can be anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks.

@Ptobin for phone status update, please open ticket with PM Support, provide them the order number if you have one (ok if you still don't receive the order number, just provide them as much information as possible)

When did you order? Was your credit card charged?
Usually there is no tracking information, but an email that the order was received.
