Phone switches from voLTE to H+

It keeps switching back to H+ From voLTE I have to toggle airplane mode and voLTE comes back.. it's like every 10. Minutes

4G is actually LTE

So to further in this seems it won't do LTE at all.. it's 4G or H+ but the says it does LTE

I don't think your phone is VoLTE whitelisted with PM, but confirm here

My phone is 4g only but I have a 5g plan, number recently ported 24hrs ago

Motorola g15.. when it says voLTE it says 

IMS status registered

When it switches to H+ 

IMS says not registered and that my phone number is unknown

might help if you go in to cellphone settings and manually select 4G or LTE instead of 5G.

what phone do you have?

yes, when you see H+ , you are connecitng to the 3G network.  Can you confirm when you are browsing internet only, not voice calls, do you see LTE or 4G or still see H+ or 3G?
