I set up my new iPhone with you and I need to buy the eSIM card. As per your instructions, eSIM card fee should be waived for the existing account. However I was charged for the eSIM. Please refund me such fee. Let me know if you need payment receipt. Thanks.

eSIM are only free IF you've purchased one before. If this is your first eSIM, then there is a $5 fee. Moving forward, they will be free. If this eSIM is a replacement and you were charged, click the chatbot in the bottom right corner to create a ticket.
