switching phone plans to a new phone from a broken one

Hello, my boyfriend broke his iphone a week before it was due for bringback with telus! So he bought a brand new one. He cant see his IMEI or his SIM #. He needs this set up in the next 24 hours as we are going on a holiday. Can someone help?

Put the sim card in the new phone and your done as long as it is with the same provider Public Mobile
