I paid my bill and it is not allowing me to make or receive calls I need help I submit a ticket but if I miss the calls I am waiting for ill be sleeping in my car and it's minus19 right now anyone know what I can do to get my services working help please I'm slowly losing faith in public mobile I've had nothing but trouble with them the last 2 months

@Dennis1977 Where are you? Some areas of Manitoba no longer have calling service with PM since the shutdown of some 3G network towers. Get the Fongo or TextNow app for free calling on wifi or cellular data.

How did you pay your current bill? With vouchers?
Some voucher will take up to 24 hours to kick in for service.
Best to contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket through SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Check your account to see if it is Active.
Reboot your phone (turn off, wait a bit, turn on).
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.

@Dennis1977 first, do you have data now or no service at all?
if you have data but just not calls, try to change the Preferred network type or Network mode to 3G Only (or WCDMA only) and see if the phone connects
If not connect at all after changing to 3G only , change it back to LTE or 4G or Automatic, download VoIP app TextNow and use it to make calls as a workaround
But if you have no calls and data, login to My Account using Incognito mode and check if the account status still showing Suspended. Check the Payment history to confirm if your early payment was not completed successfully (maybe Autopay failed) Make a manual payment by clicking Reactivate my plan and follow the steps
