Hi, I am a former Public Mobile Customer and I would like to access my past payment information.
I tried to reset my password but I'm not receiving the reset links.
Please advise?

If you ported your number or account is deleted due to no pay you do not have access to your account and cannot see any details.
You can ask agent for assistance as I do not know if PM keeps any history of closed accounts.

if you paid by a credit card, you can search specifically for transactions attributed to public mobile and use that as proof of payment, if that is what you’re seeking
