I paid my bill and it is not allowing me to make or receive calls I need help I submit a ticket but if I miss the calls I am waiting for ill be sleeping  in my car and it's minus19 right now anyone know what I can do to get my services working help p...

I was paying my plan and it gave me the wrong one i was set up to switch to the 45 dollar new plan for 45 dollars and it gave me the 35 dollar one i cannot use this plan can you please fix this
