Wrong plan was given

I was paying my plan and it gave me the wrong one i was set up to switch to the 45 dollar new plan for 45 dollars and it gave me the 35 dollar one i cannot use this plan can you please fix this

@Dennis1977  If you can log in and refresh page like I’ve shown in my pic to you and it still doesn’t show proper plan then you need support help as @hycm53  provided

First, make certain you know what plan you're on NOW.

 

Open an incognito tab, then go under Plan & Add On's - what plan is displayed?

 

If you're NOT on the one you want, under Plan & Add On's, do a Plan Change and schedule it on the NEXT RENEWAL date to avoid loss of current plan.   Remember, there are no refunds for partial cycles not completely used when doing an immediate plan change.

 

If you wish support to help with this, they MAY BE ABLE to process a change to the plan you desired and place excess funds into the available balance.

 

This will be entirely at their discretion.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

If you really have wrong plan, schedule plan change on next renewal.

Confirm your plan after using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

How much your credit card has been charged?

Try again  incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in
