Trying to switch to public mobile for the 40.00 Canada us plan. Need help. I need eSIM card

PM is an online service and you have to activate the SIM yourself.

The steps must be followed in exact order if you are porting your number over to PM:
If all steps are followed, there could be provisional/backend issue with the SIM so contact a CS_Agent to fix at:

you need to give us more info
so, you just activated a plan but chose Physical sim and you changed your mind? If this is the case, you will need support to help, basically see how can you log back into My Account on the app so, you can buy esim there. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
