Hi , i can’t log in to my account .. it won’t recognize my email or phone number .. tried forgot password / email .. even with phone number , i am not receiving a text with the code .. pls help

problem is , when i click forgot passpword or email .. it will not send me any codes on texte or mail .. its like i don’t exist .. i have tried clearing all browsers.. i am going tomthe US tomorrow and to buy an addon

@Mel77 , have you been able to successfully login to your online account before? Are you using the app or browser? If on the browser, try using incognito mode.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.
