Hey @CS_Agent so just switched plans a week or two ago
Picked a 34 dollar plan it showed up as it while I was checking out but when it went through for some reason it gave me the wrong plan a 57 dollar one instead
So thought fine I'd go with that for a month went on as normal then realized today that the data limit with the plan I had gotten didn't switch and has stayed at my 6 gigabits limit instead of the 100 gigabit limit from the 57 dollar plan it gave me
Would like to have my plan switched to the original plan I had purchased but don't know how to go about doing that and getting a refund for the mix up as there is no customer service line I can call

to get started on Customer Support...clik the orange bubble on lower right side of page. When they respond, you'll see the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted.
