Phone service is not good.

During calls, calls are frequently disconnected suddenly. The person on the other end of the line can not hear my voice. The other end's voices are sometimes shaking so much that I can not understand what they are saying. What's wrong with it? Please help me to resolve the problems.😕

did it just happen lately but was working fine before? or you just joined PM and always have the problem?

And you have that voice trouble everywhere? or just at home or at work?

First, what brand and model of phone you are using?

try Reboot your phone and Reset all networks and see if it helps.  Next to text is to change the network mode to 3G just to test the voice quality.

 And if possible, try your sim card in another phone
