I'm assuming this has to do with the big autopay/payment issue from yesterday. If the phone is still not working contact an agent, if it is working but you were double charged, you can either reach out to them and request a refund or use the extra funds in your balance on your next renewal 

Uh oh what is the issue is it worse since the update

@darlicious For me, the forums haven't worked correctly since they did those silly updates 😔😔

Weird....threads are not updating correctly for me as this thread is still showing as unread and my post is appearing before both of yours?

 

Edit:

Okay for some reason the settings changed from oldest to newest? Switched back and all is good with the world again. Except they are still showing as unread?

You can get payment vouchers from local 7/11, then dial 611 to add to your account.

Alternative...recharge.com or ding.com. They do have small user fees...but are reasonable and reliable.

To make a payment you can dial 611 from your phone or log into your account.
