Seems they are still getting Rh bugs out and fixing everyone's issue as not everyone has had their service resolved yet. I would suggest opening a ticket with a CSA on the bubble in the bottom right and getti f them to expedite a resolution for you

Most calls to or from the phone wont go through, however, one call did go through. almost no texts in our out, did just receive one a hour ago, but cant reply

I'm having the same issue. Put the money on account for renewal. Plan did not seem to go on. Money gone today . Uploaded account balance yesterday
