Trying to keep my old phone number. But they keep asking me to choose a new one

If your plan was a prepaid plan with Koodo. You will need to pick a temporary number and a CS_Agent will complete the porting of your number.
Also, if your plan with Koodo is closed then you can’t port your number over and you will need to pick a new number. Check with Koodo on the status of your old account.

you are activating new line using the app?
are you porting in from Koodo prepaid? or Koodo postpaid? or from anther provider?
