Hi,
I just activated my account yesterday and brought my old phone number over. Today I noticed that my number has been changed. Does any one know why this would happen?

@Teresa6 Are you sure the number transfer was completed after activation yesterday? Were you able to make/receive calls/texts with your previous number yesterday? Which provider did you port your number from? If Koodo prepaid or PC prepaid, then that requires PM customer service agents to facilitate. Also did you get a text asking if you've authorized the transfer and responded YES during activation?
