I'm a moron. Please help me. My phone plan didn't reactivate and I've been without a phone for two days. I have no idea how I forgot my password but when I go to reset it, I forgot my test security question (or whatever it's called) too, and the chat help told me to post a ticket here.
So please help me resolve this.

You can purchase a voucher at 7/11, Shell stations, SDM or London Drugs that are immediately valid upon purchase and loadable via 611. Press (1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin code from the voucher. Once added successfully hang up and reboot. Your service will automatically reactivate unless it is suspended via lost/stolen.

@Joopaz in this case, you have to open a ticket with PM Customer Support Agent and they will sort this out for you
