When I log in and try to change the plan, there is no plan available.
I paid for add-on data last Saturday, but it wasn't activated until now.
So now I have no internet connection and can't change any plan.
Does anyone know what happens?

@rowan_m16 did you try a different browser (Edge, chrome, Firefox)?
or try Incognito mode ,
or try clear cache
finally, also try on another machine or on your phone browser.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better
use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,
and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about
a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

@fujiseny what you meant by you paid the data on Sat but not activated until now?? So, only today you see the data add-ons on your My Addons? But you can't use your data?
Some device has a monthly data limit set and if the limit reached , it will stop any more data consumption. Any chance this happens to you? CHECK your Mobile Data setting on your phone to see if you have such limit set

@fujiseny Try using Incognito/Private browsing mode. As long as you see the plan details on the overview page, it will work.

If the plans are not displayed clear browser cache and cookies and open a new window in incognito. You can also try a different browser. The plan change page is glitchy so try again in a few hours.
