Phone number porting

Hi I ported my phone number from Bell yesterday, since then I am not able to call or text or access data when I try to log in into PB I get an error code for Forbiden A1 can you guys please assist, I've sent many Cs_agent requested no returns this a business phone number for me it means a lot and its affecting my business

@Nancy008  There's one more thing you can try, the number should not be lost since Telus owns PM.  I'll private message you a number to call.  Check your inbox in a couple of minutes, either the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar for Messages.

I contacted Cs _agents 3 days no help my number is lost 

@Nancy008  While you wait for a reply from private messaging customer support at the link @hairbag1 gave you, try using whichever you didn't use of the app or a web browser.  Sometimes the Forbidden A1 thing comes and goes, I got it a couple of times recently and don't usually have any problems logging in.

You did restart your phone after porting?

I did I even called Telus porting department they told me on their end the porting was successful, They gave me my PM acct# everything, when I try to log into PM I get the Forbiden A1 message I cant even have access to what I paid

as you're having trouble with your port, use this link to message customer support. Give them your ph #, PM acct #, name on account..etc...
