It helps if you stick around to recieve some suggestions or answer some questions in order to resolve your issue.

 

Did you just activate? Do you have any working services on your pm Sim card/phone? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Mobile data? **

 

Did you port your phone number from your previous provider or pick a new number? If you ported did you reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it? Does your old Sim card still work? Or did you port a landline or voip phone #?

 

Have you tested your Sim card in another phone? Or tested another Sim card in your phone? Is your phone unlocked? Did you get an error message? If so what's the exact wording?

 

**If you have no working services on your Sim card, you completed your activation and your payment card has been charged your plan amount then it's likely your Sim card did not provision correctly upon activation and you will need to contact customer support to properly provision your Sim card to your account.

More details are needed:

- did you port your number?

- did number ever worked?

- Can you call out but cannot receive calls on number you expect to?

@Smikos    Did you transfer a number from another carrier and kept the previous SIM in your phone and responded to the transfer number text request with a YES within 90 minutes?  The old account also needs to stay active until the transfer request is responded to.

 

If you missed the transfer request then call the number I'll private message you (check message box top right) and they will request another transfer text be sent to you so keep the SIM in the phone until then.

 

BTW, have you tried rebooting the phone just in case it's not the above?  It can take a couple of hours and several reboots for the port to complete.

Have you tried:

Rebooting phone, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card, trying sim in another unlocked phone? Is your account active in self service? Can you dial 611?
