I don't remember my sign in as it was set up by my Dad and he doesn't remember either. But I need to change the direct deposit information. Please help

Public Mobile doesn't accept payment sent from a bank account. Public Mobile only accepts payments by voucher, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Visa/Mastercard Debit.

First you have to gain access to your account. Agent will be able to assist you.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
