I'm having an issue trying to verify some information because my public mobile number is not "registered" in my name. How do I get it registered or who do I call?

Ah. Then indeed this place is not proof of identity. Use a utility bill or something that forces you to pay by threat of disconnection. This place is prepaid. Nobody makes you renew each term.

Hi,
You need to be the registered owner of the phone to access information on the account. When the phone was set up, was an online account set up? Can you access that account? If so then you can pull up the information, however the owner of the phone should be the only person who is accessing the information.

The name in the profile of the account is not verified. You can put Joe Blow in there and no one would care. Nor does it send that out for any caller id.
If you're talking about the moderators here trying to verify the account owner then you just need to answer the questions with the right information.
There's no one to call.

@swninkz90 All help is done online, you can submit a ticket to moderators (PM employees) via the chatbot bubble bottom right of your screen, or send a private message to moderator_Team by clicking the envelope icon top right. You will be asked to verify your account details to satisfy moderators that you are the owner of your account.
