Hello, Since i became a public mobile customer (July2024) I have been charged from both my previous provider and public mobile. When i contacted my previous provider they informed me that the number was not ported correctly, and this is an issue on your end.
Please action and confirm refund for services from July-Nov

@Cam2010 Not sure it’s anyone fault just need to port number over now or cancel one carrier account or the other but you can ask support what your option may be at this point
submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund. Also, since July , were you using your PM phone to make calls and use the data?
you can re-request porting if you like
