The app is stuck in a loop and cant add a physical sim if i wanted to.
Please get back to me as need a phone and can get a sim from the store but no way to activate it

The PM app and online may take sometime to work…4 wavey dots but you can try to closing the app and try again. If that didn’t work, try uninstall the app and reinstall it.
You need the SIM number off the SIM card to switch over from eSIM to SIM if an account has been create.
$10 at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or $4.99 at Amazon.

@Phatkeith1985 Here’s link to support , ask them to simcard swap the number for you so you can finish the activation on the app
