Phone not calls not working

Hey folks,

'My phone says when trying to call someone, or someone trying to call me ( both incominign and outgoing) 

" sorry call cannot be completed , you do not have USA roaming on your plan"?  WTF I live in ontario, Peterborough, Never even been to the US.

As mentioned earlier. that message usually means that your PM account is suspended.  Or that person that you are calling as a suspended, inactive phone number.

Try turning airplane mode on for 1 minute and then turning it off

@Huckleberry1 , this may sound like a silly question but is your phone service active? Meaning have you made a payment? Sometimes it give this odd error message when an account isn’t active!

hi @Huckleberry1 

try reboot the phone.  Try click Reset All Networks. 

if you have a second phone, try the sim card there 

and check My Account and confirm if account is active 

if none works, submit ticket with CS agent here
