Phone not able to accept incoming calls in Canada

I’m currently in mexido and subscribed to the unlimited Canada/US/Mexico plan. When I call Canada, I get a recording saying that the number isn’t applied to accept incoming calls, 5b2.

any help would be appreciated

@Stevecarvy  If you can call some Canadian numbers but not others, perhaps the problem is at the other end?  Could their phones be turned off and not have voicemail?  Is there any kind of a pattern, e.g. are the private numbers or companies?  Any particular area?

if text/data are working as expected...how many different Cdn calls have failed ?

It works to call some numbers in Canada but not others. I can receive calls and use email and text. Internet worlds great here

@Stevecarvy   Are you able to make calls to anywhere else, are incoming calls working?  What about data and texting?  What phone do you have, and is it connecting to 3G, 4G/LTE or 5G?
