Phone line busy all the time

My phone line has busy signal all the time  and nobody can call me. How can it be reset?

Just in case you have inadvertently call forwarded your phone, dial ##004# and ##21# to reset all call forwarding.

Also, can you call out OK? What happens if you call your own phone number? (You should reach your voicemail normally)

Are you new to public mobile, and if so did you port your number in from another provider? If so, there's a chance your number port did not complete and your number has been disabled at the previous carrier.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off the phone then power back on.

Can you try your PM SIM in another phone?

Did you try to reboot your phone?
