For the last 30 mins, phone has been on SOS only aka no service. My bill has been paid, I reset my device, and went to airplane mode as well.
This is the second issue I've had with Public Mobile in three months. Would love help with this ASAP, as I will be out of town from tonight until Sunday.

Nobody has access to my account and I'm using a unique complex password that's only used for this account. I have MFA setup too.

Seems like there's some reports for Telus since an hour ago which matches what I'm seeing. Though https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages doesn't show anything.

Check devicecheck.ca to rule that out. Can you try the sim in another phone? If that works then try another sim in your phone.
