Phone doesn't connect to Public Mobile

My phone will not connect to public mobile, put the SIM in yesterday and paid for everything fine, was able to transfer my phone number so I think I signed up properly and everything, but still won't connect.

I have restarted my phone, turned it off then back on again multiple times, removed the SIM and put it back in again, and I reset my phone's mobile network settings.

Despite this, my phone says "No connection" to Public Mobile in my data settings.

There's no reason to check for this.  You can use a phone with any valid IMEI.  Also, this information isn't shown in your Pubilc Mobile account, regardless.

Public Mobile doesn't show the IMEI of the phone in the Public Mobile account, nor is any customer restricted to a specific IMEI.

can you double check IMEI in your PM profile, please confirm it match the code in your phone.

@L1nnea  Sounds like the sim needs to be reprovision . Do you have another phone you can try it in to test . Sometimes this will force the sim to reprovision itself . Otherwise submit ticket with support and ask them to re provision it on there end
