BOXING DAY 60Gb for $45 - unlimited data?

I am thinking about switching my current plan at renewal to the boxing day promotion of 60GB Data for $45 monthly ($40 per month with 90 day subscription).

Is this plan unlimited data at reduced speeds?  It seems the disclaimer changes from saying it is unlimited to not being unlimited depending on where it is being advertised on the Public Mobile website.

It’s unlimited. After you use up your 60gb it will reduce speed. I have unlimited data and I didn’t really notice much different after I use my GB at 5 speed. Maybe for downloading movies etc! But every month it’s unlimited after you use the 60gb 😉

@Anthem2023  It is unlimited data throttled to 512kbps after the data bucket is used up , just be sure to make plan change for next renewal
