@arulappu You can send a message to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in 'rep', then select 'contact us', then 'submit ticket' and follow the prompts to complete your ticket submission.
Have you tried rebooting your phone? Also try removing the SIM and re-inserting after waiting 5 mins and restarting the phone. If you recently activated, maybe the porting hasn't completed as it can take 2 or 3 hours to finish Edit: not applicable as it seems to be a payment issue. Did your payment not go through on renewal cycle?
Also please do post any personal information as this is a public forum for all to view. Please edit and delete as advised earlier.

Login to your self-serve account.
Select the payment tab and then click on the Mange link at the bottom of the Payment page to update your card info.

You should delete your email as this is a public form. Click on the three dots. Can you provide more details about your issues ?
