I have been using public mobile since 4 years. But since last few months, i am facing so many issues with public mobile. Every time when someone calls me, it goes to voicemail. I contacted public mobile several times, but it’s not resolved. Please get it fixed or i will change the network to another carrier.

HI@ArchanaKoladiya   you opened a ticket ? if Reset network did not work, please reply CS Agent and tell them, see what they ask you to do.  Or ask them to refresh your account on the system

Depending on your phone it could be the devive

Android or Apple ? Age ?

It could be a simple as getting a new SIM

I am new here but I would encourage PM to at least consider

sending a new SIM for Free and or give you a crdit if you are close to a Location that you can pick up in person

I note a New SIM card is only $10

I also suggest to keep working for a solution with PM

I switched/transferred 2 Months ago and couldn't be Happier

I am sure some of the better Techies on hre will

have some other possible fixes .

My own expeireience with Phones and Computers

is that is often a Little overlooked glitch

that cause me thr frustrating headaches

Hang in thee

I think its 80% or better

that there is solution

Try these fixes:

  • ensure airplane mode is not enabled
  • ensure do not disturb is not enabled
  • ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list
  • disable any call-forwarding features/settings
  • turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers
  • remove and reinsert your SIM card
  • reset network connections

@ArchanaKoladiya  Another thing you can try is to put preferred network set to 3G and se if that helps at all

@ArchanaKoladiya does this only happen in specific areas ?

I checked in another device. It’s not working either. I contacted customer services one month ago. They asked me to reset network settings. I did that but it never fixed. I used to get few calls. But since last week, nobody is able to contact me
