Hello,
My legal representative is requesting that I obtain my call and text useage logs from Public Mobile for the period of time from December 2020 through to March 2024. I realize that we can only obtain historical records for past 180 days on the app. Please let me know how we can obtain this request through Public Mobile. Thank you

@Popeye1 you will have to ask support to help you get this for as far back as possible and that may only be for one year . But you have to talk to them

I would try contacting support and see what they say.
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
