Today, I try to start my personal hotspot of my iPhone and share my internet with my device, but my device can not connect to my iPhone. My phone is iPhone 15 pro, using eSIM. Can someone help me to address this issue, thank you!

glad we could help. The real thanks should go to @Petesdude for providing the solution to this hotspot issue. He/She/It made the suggestion in the post from a coupla weeks ago to remove the i. Thanks @Petesdude

as per info from last week..try removing the i from isp.com...let us know if this helps.

PM does not block hotspot
make sure both your iOS and your carrier profile is updated
and what is showing on your APN?
PM had some problem with hotspot around 2 weeks ago, hope that problem not just come back. If you are sure you did everything right, submit a ticket with CS agent and have them to check

there was an issue last week with hotspot function but they said was cleared up...message the Customer Support for their input.
