Account suspended today due to non payment
Credit card shows pending amount.
Previous payments were made under same card
Called credit card service - no holds on card
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you see this message when logging in?

If today is your renewal day, that is normal as long as you have service (calls/sms in/out).

@silljr First of all, you have no phone service now? Try to make a call, if you still have the service, it could be it is still going through renewal. Lately, monthly renewal has been taking longer than usual
Also , login to My Account and see if the Account status showing Suspended or Expired.
If it is showing Expired: PM just still renewing your plan for this cycle. Together that if you still have phone service, no worry
If it is showing Suspended on My Account and you have no service: then try to do a manual payment at My Account, Payment Tab, One time Payment (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/)

First make a payment with Amount Due to see if it works. If so, good
If not, then try to make another attempt but use "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and manually enter your plan amount and see if it goes
Once you made the payment, check if Reactivate Current plan button is there, click on it if so
then logoff My Account and reboot your phone and you should be good
