I changed to the 100gb plan last month and it shows that I paid foe a 75gb plan and a 100gb plan within a minute of each other???

You probably choose change now instead of change on renewal.  You can try and contact PM and see if they will give you a credit on your account but there not known for refunds.

@Andrewmichealto  Did you change the plan on renewal day, and selected "change now" instead of "change on renewal". or did you select the 100GB plan well before the next renewal with "change on renewal"?  If you initiated the change on renewal day instead of in advance the existing plan may have renewed before the plan change.  You're probably best to contact customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page and see if they can do anything for you.

Did you choose change plan immediately or at next renewal date?  If immediately, you will be charged the full plan rate immediately and Public mobile does not pro-rate plans.  

If you paid for two plans on the same day, you will need to contact customer service agent to potentially credit your account.  Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for customer service agent help.
