I payed to renew my plan and it didn’t work so I did it again and got charged twice

This is a common mistake by new members by clicking twice for payment.
The second payment will remain in your account as a credit and will apply to your next month's bill.
If you want a refund, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page.
Be warned that it will take up to 30 days to process your refund request (time for August payment) so it would be easier to leave it as a credit.

@Roseloki is the 2nd charge show up as Available Fund? If so, you can choose to leave it there for next renewal. Easier
PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But, if you really want to try to request a refund, open ticket with PM support.
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
