where is my pin information

cant find my pin information. do i even have a pin

You would have create your own PIN number when you activate your SIM.

Did you activated the SIM or was it done at a PM retailer?

@britaniola12   You might have got a PIN from the text in the beginning when you joined, 

 

If not, you will have to open ticket with PM Support to have that reset:

**Start with typing "Reset PIN", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

@britaniola12 yes you got one when you activated , if you lost it you will need to contact customer service

You would have chosen your PIN when you first activated your SIM card.  Public mobile in the past use to send a text with your PIN.  

 

If you don't know your PIN, you will likely need to contact customer service agent to reset your PIN.
