@dompimsarah  Log into select serve and go to payment tab and update cc card … also if you know pin to account you can 611 or with a voucher no pin needed

There are several ways to pay - the choice is yours, which one is most convenient or suitable to your preferences:

  • Credit card
  • Visa/MasterCard debit
  • Public mobile payment vouchers
  • OTP payments at limited locations
  • recharge.com [fee may apply]

To add funds for Plan renewal:

- Create self-serving account and manually add funds before renewal date.

- Register your credit card with PM and activate autopay (pre-authorized payment) so every 30 days PM will automatically charge your CC and renew your Plan.

- Buy voucher and add funds either through self-serving account or calling 611 from your cell phone with PM service.

 

If you have Credit card registered with PM, click on first option or if you have voucher on second option.

If having issues about which email you signed up with (if you did register for a My Account), use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

 

If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

@dompimsarah   if you have a credit card setup on My Account, just login and pay or load fund there

you can also use *611 from your phone to pay, but you will need your 4 digits pin

 

you can also buy a voucher from stores and load the voucher via My Account or *611
