I bought 2 vouchers today and I am unable to use them?!? I tried online but on the my account. I’m very frustrated. Please help

If you can always use it immediately without any wait, open ticket with PM CS agent then. Honest, it could also be the fault of the retails, not necessary PM's problem.

We'd be interested to know where you got it.
You can wait the hour for the lock to release or maybe wait longer for support.

Then there's number of attempts. More than twice will lock it out. You could wait an hour or just contact support to have them enter it in.

@ShelleyFrancis1 You could submit a ticket via chatbot or send a private message to CS_Agent and ask customer support to add the vouchers for you if you're without service currently and unable to wait for the funds to become available until later.

@ShelleyFrancis1 , some vouchers are not immediately usable. They could take 24-48 hours to become active. The merchant computer system has to sync up with Public Mobile to confirm that the voucher have been purchased.

You can also use 611. Some vendors seem to have a delay. Where did you get it?

Hi @ShelleyFrancis1 where you got the voucher? some vouchers need 24 hours before it can be used.
