@Japarkinson - are your services currently working? And if so, is your renewal tomorrow?
If yes to both those questions, ignore those expired / suspended messages showing on your self serve account. Your plan will renew if you are registered for autopay, or if you loaded enough funds in your Available Funds balance.
OR, if you have no services and you are trying to reactivate your plan from a failed autopay or suspended account, note that too many failed attempts will temporary lock your account.
So wait 1+ hours to try again.
When you do, clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser. Even try opening a tab in incognito mode to see if that helps.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Did you look at the suggested voucher option? This may be the best avenue right now if you need service ASAP.
