Just login to your account and click Forgot Password but get ready to answer your security question.
Remember to clear the cache and cookie then go incognito before login.

@Laugeo in the event you are talking about the Community password, then your community password can be changed by clicking on your avatar and going down to "My settings". You'll see the "password" on the 2nd tab.
You can also change your community e-mail there as well.
Or, were you talking about the password for buying SIM cards or phones...that is a whole separate set of credentials.

HI @Laugeo Did you try using the Forgot password?
If you cannot reset it that way, then your only choice is to have CS Agent to help and change it for you.
At : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
