I tried to put a payment voucher on my phone but won't go through. Bought another phone card and same problem. I think that it's ridiculous to not have a help line to call. Very inconvenient.

Sometimes the funds on a voucher can take upto a day before they become available. Also double check the activation numbers are being input correctly.

Have you tried to clear your browsing history and use incoginto mode on your computer? This usually does the trick. If it doesn't work, reach out to a Moderator (question mark in the bottom right corner). They are usually very quick and helpful.
Sometimes funds can take some time to be added to your account.
