I bought a payment voucher today, and when I try to put it on my account it will not add it and gives an error.

If it is urgent buy a voucher from recharge.com. they take PayPal. Deal with the not working voucher in the morning. When it happened to me they said it would take 10 days to investigate.
@Alan_K here is a current voucher not working issue.

Try using a different browser, and also incognito mode. Sometimes it takes a few hours for vouchers to be activated after purchasing.
If all else fails, contact the Moderator Team with the voucher number.

Did you also try loading it by calling 611?
