My bank account has been charged but my service hasn't renewed and it's asking me to resubscribe and pay my bill again

your problem is an account login problem, ask PM support to help, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

And if you cannot wait longer to get the service back, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs or gas station and load the voucher using *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC
