profile info wrong

There is an alternate phone number listed for my account which no longer exists. I can't edit it as it wants a replacement number. I only have one phone number. What can I do to remove it?

if open ticket by Chatbot does not work , please use the direct message, it should work, or show us the error and we can help furhter.

Yes, but I want to leave it blank since I do not have another number and it will not let me.🙄

Login to your account and go to Account tab>Manage Profile and Change Phone Number & click Save.

hi @Hattie99 the alternate number is just record keeping only, not very any use

but if you cannot update it, ask PM agent to help,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

It's very easy actually. Just log into your account and then click on this direct link. You can change the number there.
